Our meticulous planning is divided into two phases, a short (Phase-I) and medium (Phase-II) term developments of available FSI on MIDC land.

As of December 2015, we acquired 204 acres of land in Khalapur – part of the Khalapur Smart City Development. We are developing this land in association with government & public agencies, gearing us for Phase-III – our greater ambitions for commercial real estate in Khalapur.

India has become the key center for Emerson’s global engineering and development initiatives. It currently employs over 10,000 people across 17 manufacturing locations and 100 offices in India.

Its Navi Mumbai plant manufactures temperature, pressure and flow transmitters, gas analysis systems, SWAS systems and distributed controlled systems used in process automation.

The company has 9,000 employees in 40 offices across the globe. It operates in India via Kolkata and Mumbai. Its Indian clientele includes steel industry giants SAIL, JSW Steel, Essar Steel and others.
