Our meticulous planning is divided into two phases, a short (Phase-I) and medium (Phase-II) term developments of available FSI on MIDC land.
As of December 2015, we acquired 204 acres of land in Khalapur – part of the Khalapur Smart City Development. We are developing this land in association with government & public agencies, gearing us for Phase-III – our greater ambitions for commercial real estate in Khalapur.
Our existing development plan comprises of carefully thought out strategies, spread across three distinct phases to optimise the potential in every parcel of land.
