We have jumped leaps and bounds since our inception in 2007, with our first major land acquisition with two property lots in MIDC and Navi Mumbai (approximately 20,000 sq mtrs). This laid the foundation for us to carve out a niche in the commercial real estate market. Emerson was our first client in 2008, and we have steadily grown with a rental income of 40% CAGR over the last 5 years.

Our land bank is a healthy mix of low-cost acquisitions with stable and sustainable rental cash flows. The current lease generating land bank in MIDC, Navi Mumbai is ripe with potential for further development. We have also acquired a mass of land under the Khalapur – Smart City development plan which is for long term development. Our other properties include agricultural land in Madhya Pradesh, two residential flats at HIRCO Fortune City Panvel and two commercial premises at Khalapur District Raigad – Maharashtra.
